Welcome! This guide will help you get started with your business management system. We'll show you how to sign up, log in, and put the app on your phone or computer.

What You Need Before You Start

• A computer, tablet, or phone
• A web browser (Chrome, Safari, or Edge)
• Your personal and business details
• Internet connection

1. Sign Up for Your Free Trial

Starting your free trial is easy!

Where to go: Click "Start 14-Day Free Trial" or "Start Free Trial" on the home page

Step 1: Tell Us About You

• Type your Full Name
• Type your Email Address (this is how you'll log in)
• Type your Phone Number (include your country code, like +254 for Kenya)
• Create a Password (at least 8 characters with 1 uppercase letter and 1 number, e.g., John@3037)
• Type your Password again to confirm
• Click Continue

Step 2: Tell Us About Your Business

• Type your Business Name (like "Sunrise Cafe")
• Type your Business Address
• Pick your Currency (like KES, USD, EUR)
• Pick your Business Type:

- Restaurant or Cafe

- Retail Store

- Pharmacy

- Hardware Store

- Wholesale Business

• Click Continue

Step 3: Check and Finish

• Look over all your information
• Agree to the Terms of Service
• Click Register Business or Start Free Trial

2. Sign In to Your Account

Once you've signed up, here's how to get into your dashboard.

Where to go: Click "Sign In" on the home page

Steps:

1. Go to the sign-in page
2. Type your Email Address or Phone Number
3. Type your Password
4. Check Remember me if you're on your own device
5. Click Sign In

3. Put the App on Your Computer

Make CoSMOS POS & ERP work like a regular app on your computer.

Where to go: From your dashboard

For Chrome or Edge:

1. Log in to your dashboard
2. Look for the Install App button at the top
3. Or click the Install icon (looks like a monitor with a down arrow) in your browser's address bar
4. Click Install when the box pops up
5. The app will open in its own window and add an icon to your desktop

• It opens faster
• It works when you're offline
• It looks like a real app
• You can open it with one click from your desktop

4. Put the App on Your iPhone or iPad

Use CoSMOS POS & ERP on your Apple phone or tablet.

Where to go: From your dashboard

Steps:

1. Open Safari and go to the CoSMOS website
2. Tap the Share button (box with up arrow) at the bottom
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
4. Tap Add in the top right corner
5. The icon will show up on your home screen

5. Put the App on Your Android Phone

Use CoSMOS POS & ERP on your Android phone or tablet.

Where to go: From your dashboard

Steps:

1. Open Chrome and go to the CoSMOS website
2. If you see a banner that says Add CoSMOS to Home Screen, tap it
3. Or tap the three dots menu in the top-right corner and tap Install app
4. Tap Install to add it to your phone

6. Make CoSMOS POS & ERP Look Like Your Business

Put your logo and colors in the system.

Where to go: Access the sidebar navigation on the left of the dashboard → Settings → Company Profile

Steps:

1. Access the sidebar navigation on the left of the dashboard
2. Click Settings in the left menu
3. Click Company Profile
4. Upload your Business Logo - it will show on receipts, invoices, and reports
5. Pick your Brand Colors - choose colors that match your business
6. Click Save Changes
