1. Record Business Spending
Track what you spend money on.
Where to go: Access the sidebar navigation on the left of the dashboard → Financial
Steps:
- Access the sidebar navigation on the left of the dashboard
- Click Financial in the left menu
- Go to the Expenses tab
- Click Record Expense
- Fill in the details:
- Category: What type of spending
- Amount: How much you paid
- Supplier: Who you paid (if any)
- Date: When you paid
- Notes: Any extra info
- Receipt: Upload a photo or PDF (optional)
- Click Save
Common Spending Types:

| Rent | Monthly store rent |

| Stock | Products you buy to sell |
| Salaries | Worker wages |

2. Track Money You Owe and Money Owed to You
Money You Owe to Suppliers
Track what you owe.
Where to go: Access the sidebar navigation on the left of the dashboard → Financial → Accounts Payable
You'll see:
- Which suppliers you owe
- How much you owe
- When it's due
To pay a bill:
- Click Record Payment
- Type the amount
- Pick payment method
- Add reference number
- Click Save
Money Owed to You by Customers
Track what customers owe you.
Where to go: Access the sidebar navigation on the left of the dashboard → Financial → Accounts Receivable
You'll see:
- Which customers owe you
- How much they owe
- How long they've owed it
To collect payment:
- Click Collect Payment
- Type the amount received
- Pick payment method
- Click Save
3. Generate Financial Reports
Make reports for business reviews or taxes.
Where to go: Access the sidebar navigation on the left of the dashboard → Financial Statements
Available Reports:

| Profit & Loss | Income vs spending - are you making money? |
| Balance Sheet | What you own vs what you owe |
| Cash Flow | Money coming in and going out |
| Trial Balance | Check if your books are balanced |
Steps to Make a Report:
- Access the sidebar navigation on the left of the dashboard
- Click Financial Statements
- Pick the report type
- Choose the date range (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
- Click Generate
- Look at the report
- Click Export PDF or Export Excel to download
4. See Sales Analytics
Check what's selling and how your business is doing.
Where to go: Access the sidebar navigation on the left of the dashboard → Reports
What You Can See:
Sales Reports:
- Daily sales totals
- Best-selling products
- Sales by category
- Staff sales performance
Stock Reports:
- Current stock levels
- Stock value
- Slow-moving items
Staff Reports:
- Who sells the most
- Average sale size
- Number of sales
